Subscriptions Policy
Subscriptions aim to reliably send you your order every 30 days and give you a 25% discount. However, due to shipping times and processing times, you may receive your order slightly before or after the 30 day mark. You will be billed every 30 days. If you subscribed and wish to cancel, it must be before or within 24 hours of your order being placed for that month. We place the order roughly 30 days after you set up the subscription. It is best to not leave it too close to cancel or it may be too late. If you forget to cancel your subscription and we ship off your order, we cannot give you a refund. We can however, cancel your subscription for the next billing date. Be aware that the 30 days begins when you place the order not when the product arrives. This allows us to make sure your product arrives approximately every 30 days.
