Order Processing Times: Please allow 1-5 business days to process and dispatch your order. An order is considered dispatched when handed off to our shipping carrier and in transit to your selected address. During peak times, holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times: The estimated delivery time depends on factors, primarily your location. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 1-4 Business Days
  • Express Shipping (USA): 1-3 Business Days
  • International Shipping (UK) 2-5 Business Days
  • International Shipping (AUS) 2-5 Business Days

Note: During peak times and holidays, carriers may experience delays and unexpected customs delays for worldwide shipments may occur.

 

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details: Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details. Inaccuracies may result in processing delays or order cancellation. Address issues will be emailed within 3 business days. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once handed to couriers, lost or stolen packages are beyond our control. If this occurs, contact us at customerservice@a-tone-supplements.com. We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier and will assist in the process.

While we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we'll do our best to assist you. If the package isn't found, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

In some cases, the courier may locate the package. If not found, filing a police report is recommended.
